Three Critical Workflows, Zero Integration
Quantum Trade Innovations is a Dubai-based consulting and trading firm operating across public and private sectors. Their client interactions spanned three disconnected workflows: proposals sent as email attachments with no tracking, contracts requiring physical meetings for wet signatures, and compliance documentation scattered across shared drives. Each workflow carried its own risks - proposals forwarded without authorization, unsigned contracts lost in transit, and no visibility into whether documents reached the intended recipient.
They needed a unified platform where proposals are delivered securely with full audit trails, contracts are signed digitally with AI-verified identity documents, and compliance certifications are front and center.
We were losing proposals to forwarded emails and waiting weeks for signed contracts. We needed a system, not a collection of workarounds.

Proposals Forwarded Without Control
Client proposals sent as email attachments were routinely forwarded to unauthorized parties. The firm had no visibility into who opened proposals, when they were read, or whether they reached the intended recipient.
Code-Protected Proposal Portal
Every proposal is delivered through a secure portal requiring an access code. A full audit trail captures link opened, code entered, proposal viewed, and PDF downloaded events with IP address and geolocation.
Contract Signing Requiring Physical Meetings
Getting contracts signed meant scheduling in-person meetings, printing documents, collecting wet signatures, and scanning everything back. Multi-signer contracts could take weeks to complete across time zones.
AI-Powered Digital Signing
Sequential signing where each signer verifies via email OTP, uploads trade license and identity documents validated by AI, captures signature and stamp digitally, and receives a generated PDF with certificate of completion.

Signature and company stamp captured digitally with sequential multi-signer support and email OTP verification at every step.
PDF Generation & Certificates
Auto-generated PDFs for proposals and signed documents with certificate of completion issued after all signers complete the workflow.
